Renewable Waste and Energy is a fast-growing sector for Lorien, with expertise in Waste Recycling Facilities, Waste Transfer Stations, Biogas, Biomass Heating, Composting, and Combined Heat and Power.  Lorien have a dedicated team established dealing with the requirements of not only the waste sector, but also food & drinks manufacturing, and the heritage sector. 

We have developed a leading capability in sustainable energy technologies, and launched the Lorien Energy Index (LEI) in 2012.  We publish a regular quarterly update on the LEI results - look out for our press statements!

Our core Process, Utilities, Electrical and Materials Handling skills combined with our strong building design skills make us ideal partners for Projects in this sector.

We have experienced and practical minded Engineers and Project Managers who are familiar with technologies and equipment required for Biomass, Biogas and Waste to Energy projects. We term this engineering approach to a low-carbon future as carboneering ©.
