Renewable Waste and Energy is a fast-growing sector for Lorien, with expertise in Waste Recycling Facilities, Waste Transfer Stations, Biogas, Biomass Heating, Composting, and Combined Heat and Power.  Lorien have a dedicated team established dealing with the requirements of not only the waste sector, but also food & drinks manufacturing, and the heritage sector. 

We have developed a leading capability in sustainable energy technologies, and launched the Lorien Energy Index (LEI) in 2012.

The 'News' section of this site is regularly updated with our work in this area, including work we have delivered for clients such as the National Trust.

Our core Process, Utilities, Electrical and Materials Handling skills combined with our strong building design skills make us ideal partners for Projects in this sector.

We have experienced and practical minded Engineers and Project Managers who are familiar with technologies and equipment required for Biomass, Biogas and Waste to Energy projects.
