Andrew Griffthis MP visits Lorien

Lorien Engineering Solutions hosted a visit from Burton & Uttoxeter MP Andrew Griffiths following the firm’s high profile work concerning a new regenerative medical device. The company's activities in brewing and food manufacturing were also showcased, and given his involvement in the All Parliamentary Beer Group, this was of real interest to Andrew Griffiths.

Other areas of the business highlighted in the visit included the growing involvement with green energy and CO2 reduction schemes, and the significant amount of international work undertaken for global clients by Lorien.

Andrew comments, “I was delighted to visit Lorien and find out more about their cutting edge work in the food manufacturing, pharmaceutical and environmental sectors.  They are a fantastic and innovative business and I am very proud to have them based in Burton.”

In the year to date, Lorien has seen a sharp increase in its order book, and is currently recruiting additional technical staff in both the UK and Poland to service the growing client demand.
