Lorien Engineering Solutions provides engineering design, project management and consulting services to major global customers in the food, brewing, drinks, and pharmaceutical sectors, and those engaged in waste and sustainable energy.
On a typical manufacturing based project, Lorien take responsibility for:
- Interpreting client requirements, turning them into engineering designs
- Procurement of equipment and services for those designs on behalf of the client
- Expedite off-site build, manage on-site construction - including buildings
- Testing, commissioning, snagging, production handover
- Safety compliance, sustainability compliance and green energy solutions
We can do this for all or part of a project, including:
- The building
- Supporting infrastructure, including piped services, power, waste and effluent
- Goods inwards and raw materials storage
- The production process
- Packaging processes
- Warehousing, order picking and despatch
Our Company was a finalist the National Business Awards 2009 (sponsored by Orange), under the category of 'Growth Strategy Of The Year'.
In 2010 we were presented with the Order Of Distinction from RoSPA (Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents), in recognition of the Company's health and safety record and the continued development of health and safety systems and staff training. This was the 4th year we have received this award.
