Lorien Engineering Solutions has built its reputation on the successful delivery of multi-disciplinary capital projects giving its clients improved business performance. We recognise that a critical factor in delivering projects that work is the performance of the project team. As with any team, in sport as well as in business, the skill lies in how the team is organised and managed.

Team Relationships
The Project Management function within Lorien Engineering Solutions is staffed by a number of full time project managers, supported by site managers and senior staff who operate in the role of player-manager on small to medium sized projects.

In forming teams, we break down the barriers between engineering disciplines that often exist in other teams, including physical barriers between professional practices. This greatly adds to the team ethic and project ownership. When combined with the client project team, it makes for a winning combination.
