Mechanical Building Services Engineer

General requirement.

Proficient in Mechanical Building Services design and project management.
Committed to achieving corporate goals, ensuring projects are completed to high standards within programme and cost requirements.
Able to work in teams.
Able to co-ordinate designs with other services and present information in a suitable format for CAD technicians to translate into drawings. CAD skills would be an addition advantage.
Computer literate and conversant with Hevacomp, and Microsoft word and excel.
Able to develop design using own experience with minimal supervision.
Conversant with all relevant Regulations, guides, etc.

Qualifications / Training

BTEC National Certificate in Building Services Engineering (HVAC) and/or HNC in Building Services Engineering.
Attendance at CPD courses / seminars

Systems Designed

Design of HVAC, gases, water services.
Production of performance and full design specifications and other specialist elements as required (BMS etc.).
